Gyazo lets you instantly grab the screen and upload the image to the web. You can easily share them on Chat, Twitter, Blog, Tumblr, etc. Available for Windows, Mac and Linux.

Gyazo has been in existence for quite a while but I came across the site only now. It is a free program for making screenshots and sharing them on social sites, via email or by URL. Looks easy and neat.
