So many important take aways in terms of workplace learning, the role of line leaders and implications for L&D. Learning is often perceived as separate to work and L&D often reinforces this through their behaviour, their command and control approach and the language we use. Rather than learning, we should instead talk about working - how we can help workers get better at what they do, how workers can support each other to solve problems and how they can share good practice at the speed of business.
